Brady Corporation is seeking an analytical Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A to serve as a finance business partner across the Americas, Asia and Europe, delivering financial statement support and driving operational excellence in FP&A, accounting and compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Global FP&A, you will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal and Marketing to develop high-impact analytics on sales and profitability, manage budgeting and forecasting, and support due diligence for

Responsibilities

• Own key elements of the Total Company annual budget process and align targets.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of actual results vs budget and prior periods, communicating variances to regional management.
• Act as strategic advisor to global functional areas including HR, IT, Legal, Marketing; develop analytics to measure sales and profitability.
• Assist with the financial and operational integration of recent corporate acquisitions.
• Month-End Close: maintain accounting for global business units and coordinate with India Shared Services.
• Internal Controls: ensure strict SOX compliance with rigorous reconciliations and analytics.
• Cross-Functional Payroll Support: partner with HR to support NA payroll, overseeing accruals and bonus calculations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and streamline reporting workflows.
• Participate in multi-functional project teams evaluating, recommending, and monitoring new corporate initiatives.
• Support special projects as assigned.
