Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Global Account Director – Luxury Segment to lead the global sales strategy for the luxury leisure segment across the portfolio. The role focuses on high-end travel partners and driving revenue from the North American market.

Based on the West Coast, the role requires 40–50% travel, strong leadership, and collaboration with Marketing, Revenue and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong network within North American luxury travel industry.
• Expert in outbound sales and understanding of buying patterns.
• Global strategic vision and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate and build brand awareness in the US market.
• Develop and implement a global luxury sales strategy.
• Lead luxury partnership negotiations globally from North America.
• Cultivate relationships with luxury travel consortia, tour operators, and agencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue and Operations to run luxury campaigns.
• Monitor performance and update CRM with planned activities.
