Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience, with a strong emphasis on shipping operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience preparing shipments through parcel and freight carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems with experience performing shipping, receiving, inventory, and material transaction activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, and packing slips,
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely up to 35 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international shipments by accurately packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
• Verify shipping documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier requirements, to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate shipments through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight providers, while maintaining shipment records in the ERP system.
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Visually inspect and count materials to verify quality, quantity, and transaction accuracy before shipment or storage.
• Serve as a backup for receiving operations by receiving inbound materials, verifying documentation, inspecting shipments, and processing receipts in the ERP system.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to company safety procedures.
• Cross‑train and provide support to other warehouse and operations functions as business needs require.
• Support overtime, extended hours, and occasional Saturday work to meet customer and operational requirements.
