Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls, based in Valencia, California, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to fulfill customer orders and support shipping operations. You will audit packing lists, bills of lading, and ERP entries to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include packing and labeling, coordinating with FedEx/UPS/LTL carriers, loading and unloading with forklifts, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. Prior shipping and ERP experience, plus English proficiency, are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience preparing shipments with parcel and freight carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL).
Working knowledge of ERP systems with shipping, receiving, inventory, and material transactions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

Process domestic and international shipments by packing, labeling, and preparing orders.
Verify shipping documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, carrier requirements) for accuracy.
Coordinate shipments with carriers (FedEx, UPS, freight providers) and log shipments in ERP.
Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and material handling equipment.
Inspect materials for quality and quantity before shipment or storage.
Serve as a backup for receiving operations and process inbound material receipts.
Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and adhere to safety procedures.
Cross-train and support other warehouse and operations functions as needed.
