Job summary

Industrial Tectonics Bearings is seeking a warehouse associate to manage shipping/receiving, packing, and material handling in a fast-paced environment in California. You will verify part numbers, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate logistics and freight.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, be able to read/write English, and be forklift certified. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and occasional overtime (Mon-Sat).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English fluently.
• Forklift experience and/or certified.
• Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Some overtime may be required (Monday-Saturday).
• Experience with AS400 or similar MRP system knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run pick/pull/pack reports from ERP system (AS400) and prepare shipping boxes.
• Verify part numbers and obtain signed shipping documents.
• Pack and seal boxes, prepare for logistics and create shipping labels.
• Move goods to designated destinations and load/unload trucks.
• Receive and check in products from vendors; verify against packing lists.
• Create shipping documents for customer orders and arrange freight when needed.
• Open, maintain, and manage purchase orders and work orders.
• Data entry for production and supply assembly with labels.
