Job summary

Vytl Controls Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator I to perform warehousing duties including shipping, receiving, deliveries, and forklift operation. You will support quality/safety initiatives and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment across shifts.

Responsibilities include forklift inspections, ERP-based receiving/stocking, inventory pulling/shipping, load security, ticket verification, truck maintenance, and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• HS education or GED equivalent preferred.
• Forklift certification required or must be obtained.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily forklift inspection and operate forklift safely.
• Receive, verify, and stock items per quality procedures in ERP.
• Pull, verify, package, stage, and ship inventory per procedures in ERP.
• Secure loads for transport and handle deliveries on time.
• Enter freight charges and confirm shipments.
• Verify delivery tickets match orders and customer PO.
• Maintain company trucks and keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Attend weekly training and report issues to supervisor/manager.
• Operate vehicles and power tools safely per regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers as company representative.
