Job summary

Safran in California is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage receiving, documentation, storage, and shipment of IFE Aerospace components. Focus is on international shipping and standard warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in international shipping, ERP/WMS system experience, and forklift proficiency. Competitive benefits and a discretionary bonus are offered, with a starting hourly pay of $23–$24.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of experience in international shipping.
Experience with domestic and international shipping/receiving.
Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
Forklift/Material Handling equipment experience.
Advanced experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Meet productivity demands established by work function.
Receive material from suppliers, validate packing sheets and contents against purchase orders.
Process outgoing shipments and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
Perform picking, packing and transacting internal production orders.
Maintain accurate records and enter corrections as needed.
Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate deliveries with carriers.
Prepare NPR shipments from customers and rejected parts from manufacturers.
