Job summary

YQN Logistics is offering a Supply Chain Management Trainee Program for graduates and early-career professionals. The program features a 1–6 month rotation across Returns, Inbound Receiving, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, and more, with mentorship from experienced logistics professionals.

Trainees will gain hands-on experience in global logistics, enhance operational and leadership skills, and have opportunities for advancement within supply chain and operations management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Office).
• Willingness to rotate across multiple operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Process returns accurately and efficiently within the reverse logistics task area.
• Assist inbound receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Support daily operational reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to safety, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
