Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in the United States offers a 12-month rotational traineeship designed to provide hands-on exposure to 3PL and project cargo operations. Trainees will build a foundation in project logistics processes and systems before rotating through two Project Logistics teams.

Through structured learning, mentorship, and real-world experience, participants will gain an understanding of project cargo planning, execution, customer service, operational excellence, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of 3PL project logistics operations.
• Rotate through two Project Logistics teams.
• Coordinate domestic and international project cargo movements.
• Assist with shipment tracking, documentation, reporting, and admin.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, carriers, and project teams.
• Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports.
• Participate in process improvements and structured training.
