Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics offers a two-year Launch program for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in operations and sales. Year 1 involves home-station training and department rotations; Year 2 adds rotations to four additional stations, with HR-aligned rotations and travel/relocation support.

A permanent position awaits upon successful completion. Trainees will develop skills in logistics operations, documentation, and customer interaction, with certificates like CargoWise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business operations or related field is preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership/team activity experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in booking cargo space with carriers and learn routing options.
• Prepare and process shipping documents in the TMS.
• Monitor shipments from origin to destination and provide updates.
• Interact with clients to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Work toward CargoWise Certified Operator certification within 1 year.
• Support process improvements and participate in projects.
