Job summary

YQN Logistics is launching a Supply Chain Management Trainee Program designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals. Over a 1–6 month rotation, trainees will gain hands-on experience across returns, inbound receiving, inventory control, and fulfillment within our Port Reading, Linden, and Flanders facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in any field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office apps.
• WMS or ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process returns accurately and inspect items for condition.
• Assist with inbound receiving, put-away, and stock accuracy.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Help with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with reports and projects.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and inventory control policies.
