Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics offers a two-year Launch program for recent graduates. Year 1 focuses on home station operations and sales, with department rotations to build a well-rounded skill set. Year 2 expands to four additional stations nationwide, with relocation supported by the company.

Successful completion leads to a permanent role within the organization. Trainees gain global exposure, mentorship, and targeted training, preparing them for advancing careers in logistics and supply chain

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business Operations or related field.
• 1+ years extracurricular activities showing teamwork and leadership.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. and internationally; relocation within the U.S. preferred.
• CargoWise Certification within 1 year is required.
• GPA 3.0 minimum preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in booking cargo space with carriers and learn routing options.
• Prepare and process shipping documents in TMS for customs and delivery.
• Monitor shipment progress and update customers and internal stakeholders.
• Interact with clients to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Pursue CargoWise certifications and other certifications.
• Support process improvement initiatives and learn from mentors.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
