Job summary

SwiftX is seeking ambitious Management Trainees for a one-year Operations Leadership Program. The program offers four rotations across warehouse, hub, and operations, with mentorship and leadership development to prepare for permanent leadership roles.

Participants will gain hands-on experience in transportation coordination, data analysis, and operational support, completing a final placement in leadership tracks upon program completion. Strong analytical and communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or above.
• Graduated within the past 12 months or expected soon.
• Preferred majors: Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Operations Management.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations across warehouse, hub, and operations.
• Own operational responsibilities and support KPI attainment.
• Lead projects and participate in process improvements.
