Job summary

AFL Telecommunications, LLC is seeking an International Trade Coordinator to support import/export compliance and cost-saving initiatives across the Americas. You will collaborate with International Trade Management and compliance liaisons to ensure timely shipments, proper classifications, and accurate EEI filings.

The role requires up to 10% travel, Pacific Time hours may apply, and the company offers strong benefits including 401K match and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Follows daily import and export compliance processes and procedures
• Communicates with compliance liaisons and other personnel involved in international trade
• Coordinates with service providers to ensure compliant clearance and timely delivery of import shipments
• Identifies and maintains Import/Export codes and ECCNs for materials, equipment, and services
• Reviews reports and resolves missing compliance data
• Submits EEI for export shipments via ACE system
• Determines country of origin and records in trade system
• Performs FTA qualification and certification analysis
• Prepares documentation for recordkeeping including duty drawback
• Maintains the international trade compliance intranet site
