Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years experience in inbound/outbound freight and logistics coordination.
• Experience with hazardous material shipping (IATA, IMDG, DOT) is required.
• Familiarity with ITAR and international import/export shipping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer support, supply officers, engineering, QA, traffic, and warehousing to ensure material flow.
• Manage domestic and international carrier coordination to support receiving/shipping dates.
• Provide routings for inbound/outbound shipments at economical pricing for Airbus Kinston.
• Communicate with carriers/freight forwarders; tender loads and resolve delivery issues.
• Use Airbus Routing Guide to process shipments and coordinate with other Airbus sites.
