MTU Aero Engines AG in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth materials flow across our supply chain. You will coordinate receipt, storage, and movement of parts, liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and transport providers to meet production schedules.

The role requires attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. The position values SAP experience and forklift capability, with a rotating or late shift as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics tools; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Valid forklift license preferred.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts or permanent late shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and load/unload parts or containers from trucks as required.
• Inspect incoming materials and documentation for accuracy and shipping damage.
• Receive parts in SAP and assign them to work orders or stock.
• Record excess materials in the inventory system and place them in designated storage locations.
• Review documentation for outgoing materials and verify readiness for shipment.
• Fulfill work orders, including picking of parts and deliver parts to designated workstations.
• Manage warehousing of internally removed parts.
• Support inventory cycle counts and connect parts with the Track & Trace system.
