Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent plus 4 years logistics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
• Ability to perform in ITAR/EAR regulated environment and obtain necessary licenses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inbound/outbound material schedules and coordinate with receiving and shipping teams.
• Enter transactions in ERP/MRP and verify accuracy of material movements.
• Support inventory accuracy through audits and proper material placement.
• Assist with outbound shipments, export documents, and subcontractor deliveries.
• Lead cross-functional projects and maintain organized, clean work areas.
