Job summary

Science and Engineering Services, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator I in Bonaire, GA to support Air Force supply chain programs. You will assist procurement operations, manage lifecycle planning, and help ensure material availability and regulatory compliance across DoD programs.

The role requires collaboration with Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Contracts, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
• HS or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in procurement/supply chain related roles.
• Experience using Excel and supply chain reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze procurement, inventory, supplier, and operational performance data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement transactions, PRs, POs, and supplier data to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor open PRs/POs for timely processing and on-time delivery with Purchasing.
• Support Air Force program managers with RFQ development, pricing, and PO processing.
• Track supplier lead times, material availability, and delivery schedules.
• Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and KPIs for decision-making.
