You will oversee carrier/vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, optimize international freight, and guide a logistics team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global logistics and supply chain initiatives.
• Experience with international freight, distribution, and warehouse ops.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems; NetSuite a plus.
• Experience negotiating freight and transportation agreements.
• Strong project management, change management, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent leadership with a collaborative, hands‑on approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier and vendor relationships, contracts, and cost initiatives.
• Partner with production, planning, and operations for inbound deliveries and inventory flow.
• Optimize logistics across domestic and international air, ocean, ground, and parcel.
• Oversee distribution center operations and improve efficiency, service levels, and scalability.
• Develop processes to improve visibility into logistics costs and performance.
• Lead the logistics team and support broader operational initiatives.
