Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an experienced Director of Global Logistics to lead our global logistics operations. You will manage a worldwide logistics team, develop strategies, and optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a deep understanding of international trade, ERP/TMS systems, and budget management, with a track record of strategic planning and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global logistics strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the global logistics team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee end-to-end global logistics processes including transportation, 3rd party warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and industry standards.
• Negotiate with global and regional logistics suppliers to meet cost and service requirements.
