Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Global Logistics Lead to drive our worldwide logistics strategy across carriers and third-party providers. You will translate business objectives into clear priorities, lead quarterly reviews, and foster strong partner collaborations.

The role requires 6+ years in logistics with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools experience. You will manage cost, service, capacity, and governance for end-to-end logistics programs and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations, economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong ability to connect logistics activity to cost, service, risk, and customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of global logistics strategy across carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Direct and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with agendas, scorecards, presentations, and action logs.
• Develop and nurture constructive logistics partner collaborations through routine meetings and performance discussions.
• Serve as the main contact for recurring or systemic carrier/service-provider issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Onboard external carriers and suppliers to Transportation Management System processes and workflows.
• Lead data-driven insights on transportation cost, service, capacity, tendering, transit, and exceptions.
• Manage contracts, RFPs, rate reviews, and follow-up implementations.
