Job summary

V2X in Indianapolis is seeking a Logistics Specialist I to support government contracts within SOC or DOC teams. Responsibilities include handling government documentations (DD250, DD1149, DD1348), preparing shipments, liaising with customers, and ensuring compliance and accuracy for invoicing.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 2 years in MRP/tasking, knowledge of logistics practices, and experience with SAP (Horizon, S4) and WAWF.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience evaluating MRP requirements and planning of tasking.
• Knowledge of Logistics practices.
• SAP applications including Horizon, S4.
• DFARS Appendix F.
• Knowledge and functionality of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• S4 Shipping processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Successful experience with being tactful and diplomatic in regard to assisting customers.

• Perform research and analysis in a variety of systems.
• Create a shipment and review for WAWF.
• Adhere to customer requirements for the delivery of contractual deliverables.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptive to learning new job responsibilities and tasks.
