Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Rep II to support the Personal Property Shipping Office. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and keep records up to date, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced office environment.

The role requires strong English communication, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to follow established procedures. It involves assisting customers by phone or email and coordinating with the PPSO Lead and Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must read and write proficiently in English.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software).
• Must have a valid REAL ID State Driver's License with no restrictions.
• Must have a valid NACI Tier 1 Public Trust.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Complete repetitive clerical steps in a prescribed sequence.
• Monitor emails and route and book queues.
• Familiarity with office unit terminology.
• Select appropriate methods from procedures or manuals.
• Reference materials when solving problems.
• Access databases to retrieve or record information.
• Respond to escalated inquiries on broader topics.
