Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to join their Whole Life Engineering team in Indianapolis, IN. The position involves overseeing maintenance and logistical management of customer assets for a Navy Environmental Satellite Receiver Program while generating Logistic Development Plans.

The ideal candidate will have extensive logistics engineering experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory and equipment accurately. The role requires onsite work for three days a week with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of logistics engineering experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 12 years of government logistics experience with a high school diploma.
• Knowledge and experience generating Logistics Development Plans (LDP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, spares, logistical tracking, and management.
• Analyze technical data and reports for provisioning requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracies and generate usage reports.

Skills

Logistics engineering experience

U.S. citizen with DoD Secret Security Clearance

Logistics Development Plans (LDP)

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)

Strong written and verbal skills

Project management skills
