Job summary

MOTUL is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Houston, TX, to manage North American supply chain activities and ensure on-time deliveries. You will work with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain shipment accuracy and compliance across domestic and international moves.

The role requires 3–5 years in transportation or logistics, strong Excel/data skills, and the ability to handle high-volume shipping with attention to detail. Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics or related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• CLTD certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Tender, track, and trace freight across multiple modes.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and records.
• Coordinate imports/exports and compliance requirements.
• Maintain SAP transportation data and shipment records.
• Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
