Job summary

Maersk is seeking a JCB Logistics Specialist to support the Control Tower Customer Experience Manager in delivering Maersk’s value proposition through excellent customer service. The Logistics Specialist will support account development through data-driven analysis and reporting, identifying gaps and value-creation initiatives.

As an external professional on-site at JCB, you will represent Maersk, comply with customer policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams at the Pooler, Georgia

Qualifications

• International logistics and supply chain experience.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance reports.
• Customer and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of TMS and EDI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support CT Customer Experience Manager with service delivery.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Identify process gaps and value-creation opportunities.
