Job summary

Maersk is seeking a JCB Logistics Specialist to support the Control Tower Customer Experience Manager in delivering Maersk’s value through superior service. You will assist account development with data-driven analysis, reporting, and value-creation initiatives while coordinating with multiple stakeholders on-site at the JCB facility in Pooler, GA.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. The role requires on-site presence in Pooler, GA, with responsibilities spanning performance reporting, exception

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in International Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Experience with Air Freight, Ocean FCL/LCL & Intermodal.
• KPI analysis and performance reporting experience.
• MS Excel / data analysis proficiency.
• TMS / EDI / Milestone management experience.
• SOP/IOP and process improvement experience.
• Cross-functional and global collaboration experience.

About the role:

The JCB Logistics Specialist is responsible for supporting the Control Tower (CT) Customer Experience Manager in delivering Maersk’s value proposition through excellent customer service. The Logistics Specialist will support account development through data-driven analysis and reporting. The role is also expected to create synergies among all parties involved and be able to identify process gaps, alignment needs, and value-creation initiatives. As an external professional working on-site at JCB, you are also expected to comply with the customer’s values and policies. You will be representing Maersk at all times. This position is on-site at the JCB facility in Pooler, Georgia, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Benefits:

Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
