Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage international end-to-end shipping for clinical and commercial products at a GMP facility. You will coordinate receiving, processing, shipment, and customer clearance, ensuring compliance with QMS, cGMP, SOPs and EHS policies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain shipping records, and process freight invoices while supporting import/export licensing and bonds. Weekend and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in shipping/warehouse roles.
• 2 years in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience with cold-chain logistics preferred.
• Weekend/holiday/overtime may be required.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP preferred.
• Experience drafting SOPs and docs preferred.
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Manage international end-to-end logistics including forwarding, customs, and bonds.
• Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping sales orders domestically and internationally.
• Provide customs clearance support and duty invoicing.
• Serve as a hands-on Shipping and Receiving resource to other departments.
• Maintain shipping records in relevant systems.
• Process freight invoices for various shipments.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, cGMP, SOP, and EHS.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
