Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse coordination.
• Familiarity with shipping software and carrier portals.
• Experience using ERP systems a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit or stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and monitor daily outgoing shipments to meet timelines.
• Prepare bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and customs paperwork (if applicable).
• Communicate with carriers to arrange pickups and track deliveries.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and packaging quality.
• Maintain shipping records in ERP or inventory systems.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, and Quality to resolve issues.
