Job summary

nVent is seeking a quality leadership professional to shape logistics quality strategy across global DCs in Solon, OH. You will establish and maintain a multi-site QMS, drive PDCA, and lead containment and RCA processes to cut costs of poor quality and improve customer outcomes.

You will partner with Customer Service and Logistics, require 5+ years in quality engineering, ISO-9001 knowledge, and travel up to 30%. Master’s degree preferred and CQE/CQM credentials highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 5+ years in quality engineering roles.
• 3+ years working with logistics and distribution teams.
• ISO-9001 certification preferred.
• ASQ CQE/CQM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the quality strategy for logistics and distribution.
• Establish a multi-site QMS across DC locations.
• Lead PDCA cycles and prevent quality escapes.
• Coordinate root-cause analysis for logistics complaints.
