Job summary

Nordex Group in the United States seeks a Logistics Project Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and supply chain projects, driving cost efficiency and on-time delivery for clean power plant projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with import/export regulations while maintaining safety and quality across port and vessel operations. Requires 3-5 years PM/logistics experience and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (3-5 years) required.
• 3+ years’ experience in transportation planning/project cargo required.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations for different countries.
• Experience with cost models and cost analysis.
• Strong project management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Fluency in English mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end process ownership for assigned logistics projects.
• Budget ownership and cost management for projects.
• Manage logistic supplier contracts and route optimization.
• Prepare and process customs documents with carriers.
• Lead meetings, report to senior management, monitor KPIs.
• Ensure safety compliance during port operations and loading.
• Plan, execute, and monitor logistics aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and internal teams.
• Analyze cost drivers and drive process improvements.
• Maintain proper permits and oversee return logistics.
