Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Global Logistics in Tempe, AZ, to own cross-functional process-improvement programs across import operations. You will apply Lean/Six Sigma, work with operations, technology and finance teams, and brief senior leaders on performance.

This role requires some onsite monitoring with travel up to 25% across the US. You will build KPI dashboards, drive cost and speed improvements, and shape initiatives that improve the end-to-end customer experience at global

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional process-improvement programs across Amazon's global import operations.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma to identify cost and speed optimization opportunities.
Partner with operations, technology, and finance teams and external providers to drive improvements.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and report progress to senior leadership.
Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment for new building launches and network changes.
Onsite warehouse monitoring with up to 25% travel across the US.
