Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Global Logistics to drive cross-functional process improvements across import operations, optimizing speed and cost while expanding product availability for customers worldwide.

You will apply Lean/Six Sigma, analyze data, and brief senior leaders on performance. Expect on-site work with travel up to 25% and close collaboration with operations, technology, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables & charts, lookups, data cleansing).
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional process improvement programs across Amazon's global import operations.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify cost and speed opportunities.
• Partner with operations, technology, and finance, plus external logistics providers, to drive improvements.
• Develop KPI dashboards and status reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead stakeholder alignment for new building launches and network changes.
• Role requires onsite warehouse monitoring with up to 25% travel across the US.
