Job summary

Amazon's Global Logistics ACES team seeks a Program Manager II to own cross-functional process improvement programs across import operations, from scoping and planning through execution and post-launch measurement.

The role applies Lean/Six Sigma methods, partners with operations, technology, and finance teams, and builds KPI dashboards. Travel up to 25% with onsite warehousing in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional process improvement programs across Amazon's global import operations.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify cost and speed optimization opportunities.
• Partner with operations, technology, and finance teams as well as external logistics providers to align priorities and drive improvements.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and program status reporting for leadership reviews.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment to support new building launches and network changes.
