Job summary

SEKO Logistics is a global freight and logistics provider seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer communications, coordinate pickups, and route shipments by ocean and air. You will work with overseas offices, prepare export/import documents, and support brokerage for customs clearance.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via phone, email, and company web portal.
• Manages time specific pickups and provides best import routing by Ocean and Air.
• Manages breakbulk operations for import shipments; quotes, routes, and destination services.
• Tracks all shipments and provides updates for customers.
• Produce all necessary documents for overseas and U.S. Customs, including Mawb, manifest, SED, labels, etc.
