Job summary

SEKO Logistics in Dallas, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day client needs and coordinate with shipping teams.

You will handle billing issues, maintain records, prepare shipping documents, and ensure accurate data in the WMS and MS Office tools. Strong communication and data-entry skills are required; bilingual is a plus. Competitive hourly pay with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior customer service or warehousing experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Address day-to-day customer needs and requests.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve service issues.
• Prepare shipping documents (labels, BOLs, etc.).
• Maintain customer and vendor records in the system.
• Provide professional phone and email communication.
