PGL is seeking a logistics professional to manage international freight forwarding for key accounts in the Dallas area. You will coordinate shipments, prepare documentation, and liaise with agents and customers to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

The role emphasizes cost optimization, accurate data entry, and maintaining strong client relationships while adhering to SOPs and internal processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of international freight forwarding experience.
• Industry-related degree and/or certification required.
• Knowledge of transportation methods, costs, and processes across air, rail, sea, and road.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and administration/management concepts.
• Experience documenting and processing shipping documents and records.

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities and challenges to maximize profit while reducing customer supply chain costs.
• Cooperate with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives.
• Facilitate day-to-day shipment activity and provide status updates to customers.
• Process all shipment/transportation activities for key customer accounts and provide instructions to external agents.
• Prepare shipping documentation and update customers; accrue costs in operating systems.
