Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7 years' experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 5 years' experience in a leadership role in logistics/distribution/supply chain environment in operations management capacity.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to meet productivity and service goals.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and pricing in multi-client environment.
• Ensure safety, security, and quality compliance across the operation.
• Lead continuous improvement, LEAN, and ISO initiatives at site level.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate business reviews with stakeholders.
