Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus four years of related experience.
• One year supervisory experience; Bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• ITAR, import brokerage, export compliance and hazmat knowledge.
• Proficiency with standard office software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation and customs processes for shipments.
• Provide customer service and documentation for imported/exported goods.
• Supervise staff, conduct training, and address performance issues.
• Review shipment docs for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with operations and adapt to after-hours needs.
