Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, optimize cost and service, and collaborate with international and domestic teams. You will oversee pick pack, ship, and cartage processes and ensure safe, efficient workflows across the warehouse.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to process improvement, with responsibility for staff oversight and performance metrics in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Know how to operate WMS – 3PL Central.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations for domestic and international cartage and freight.
• Coordinate with suppliers and equipment providers to ensure service and cost effectiveness.
• Benchmark operations to industry standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee daily warehousing activities including pickup/delivery quotes and dispatch.
• Ensure a safe working environment through established safety programs.
• Review staffing needs and assist in staffing decisions as required.
