Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead domestic and international warehouse operations, including Pick, Pack and Ship, and cartage freight. You will coordinate with operations staff and suppliers to optimize costs and service levels.

You will implement efficient warehousing processes, monitor performance, and ensure a safe work environment while supporting cross-functional teams and meeting company goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with Warehouse operations: Pick, Pack, Ship, domestic and international freight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency in WMS – 3PL Central.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized and methodical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations for domestic, international, and cartage freight.
• Engage with suppliers and equipment providers; negotiate for favorable terms.
• Benchmark operations against industry standards and drive cost and service improvements.
• Oversee daily dispatch and quotes related to cartage and freight movement.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes with cross-functional teams.
• Adjust staffing to meet company goals and seasonal demand.
• Monitor warehousing metrics to achieve expense targets and service levels.
• Maintain safety programs and a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as required by the business.
