Job summary

3M in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Manager, International Logistics to lead the USA and Canada international transport ops, aligning regional execution with global strategies and driving improvements in cost, service, and visibility.

You will manage a team of 20+ professionals, develop talent, establish governance, and partner with planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and carriers to optimize forecast, capacity, and performance across Ocean and Air logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified)
• 15 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation.
• 5 years experience in domestic and international logistics including Ocean/Air freight.
• 3 years experience leading and developing teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead USAC international Ocean and Air transportation operations.
• Develop and execute regional transportation strategies aligned with global direction.
• Coach and develop a team of 20+ logistics professionals with clear priorities.
• Establish operating models, governance, and management mechanisms for consistent execution.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards across service, cost, reliability, and visibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in transportation cycle time, cost, and productivity.
