• Ten years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related functions in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three years leading teams, complex projects, or cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Five years delivering logistics improvements with measurable cost, service, productivity, or operational impact.
• Four years working with global/regional stakeholders across supply chain, planning, manufacturing, logistics operations, finance, IT, procurement, trade compliance, or customer-facing teams.
