Job summary

3M is seeking a Manager, International Logistics to translate global transportation strategies into regional execution. You will lead USAC Ocean and Air operations, drive cost efficiency, reliability, and end-to-end visibility while managing a team of 20+ professionals.

Position requires 15+ years in logistics, strong leadership, and expertise in SAP, TMS, and Power BI. On-site in St. Paul, MN with up to 35% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed prior to start.
• Fifteen years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation.
• Five years in domestic and international logistics including Ocean and Air freight.
• Three years of leading and developing teams on complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead USAC international Ocean and Air transportation operations aligned with business needs.
• Develop and execute regional transportation strategies with global direction.
• Lead and coach a team of 20+ logistics professionals with clear priorities and performance plans.
• Drive governance, KPIs, dashboards, and continuous improvement across logistics.
