Job summary

Giga Energy is seeking a hands-on Global Logistics Coordinator to own day- to day execution across our international supply chain. You’ll manage ocean and trucking, import/export coordination, and customs compliance while partnering with manufacturing, sales, and projects teams to support rapid growth in data center infrastructure.

We require a bachelor’s in a related field and 2–4 years in logistics, with strong tracker and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight operations.
• Working knowledge of international freight, customs processes, and Incoterms.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, or customs brokers.
• Export experience, including documentation and booking for international shipments.
• Familiarity with oversized and breakbulk cargo and related logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean bookings and shipping strategy with manufacturing and procurement.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with terminals and truckers.
• Track carrier contracts, rate changes, and surcharges to ensure cost accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound drayage and domestic trucking to facilities.
• Manage outbound trucking of finished products to sites and project locations.
• Support miscellaneous shipments to keep material flow on schedule.
• Prepare and manage export documentation and bookings for international shipments.
• Own customs clearance process and monitor duty spend with CBP where applicable.
• Review invoices for accuracy and track landed cost per order.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide logistics cost inputs for quotes.
