Job summary

ASC Global, founded in 1996 in Florida, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to manage the end-to-end shipping process for our global client base. This hands-on role involves coordinating international shipments, maintaining documentation, and supporting facility operations while lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, and freight vendors to ensure timely, compliant deliveries and accurate inventory records in our ERP

Qualifications

• 1+ years in logistics, shipping, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with compliance focus.
• Hybrid/combined warehouse and office duties.
• Full-time schedule: Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments with global vendors.
• Obtain and compare freight quotes for cost-effective shipping.
• Maintain shipping documents: bills of lading, customs forms.
• Oversee inventory in QuickBooks/ERP and logs.
• Assist with facility maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Monitor order status and provide stakeholder updates.
