Job summary

Health In Motion, LLC in Norco, California, seeks a Manager, Logistics to lead Centr's 3PL operations, ensuring accurate receiving, inventory control, and on-time order fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and B2B channels.

You will partner with 3PLs, manage warehouse teams, monitor performance metrics, and drive process improvements in shipping, returns, and ERP/Shopify integrations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience working with 3PL warehouses or logistics providers.
• Strong understanding of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control processes.
• Experience with inventory management including cycle counts and row counts.
• Experience with DTC/e-commerce and/or B2B order fulfillment, including returns/RMA processes.
• Track record of managing 3PL performance against order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping cost metrics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ERP experience preferred, ideally with Shopify, Amazon, and/or EDI connections.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx/USPS and/or freight; knowledge of shipping rates, LTL/FTL, and international shipping.
• People management experience with problem-solving and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day relationship with Centr's 3PL warehouse providers; primary contact for operational issues.
• Oversees receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns to meet standards.
• Partners with 3PL on inventory control practices, including cycle and row counts.
• Monitors stock levels and flags replenishment before stockouts.
• Oversees order fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and B2B channels.
• Manages returns/RMA process with 3PL to resolve discrepancies.
• Tracks and reports 3PL performance against key metrics (order accuracy, inventory accuracy, shipping cost).
• Identifies trends and drives corrective actions with 3PL when needed.
• Manages relationships with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and freight providers for cost-effective shipping.
• Collaborates with IT on ERP, Shopify, Amazon, and EDI connections supporting order and inventory flow.
• Leads logistics team; drives process improvements across fulfillment lifecycle.
• Plans and strategizes logistics network capacity and growth.

About the Role

The Manager, Logistics owns the day-to-day performance of Centr's third-partylogistics(3PL) operations, ensuringaccurate,timely, and cost-effective fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and B2B channels. This role works directly with 3PL warehouse partners on receiving, inventory control, and shipping, and partners cross-functionally to keep order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping cost on target.

Key Responsibilities

3PL & warehouse operations

• Manages the day-to-day relationship with Centr's 3PL warehouse provider(s), serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues.
• Oversees receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes at the 3PL to ensure they meet Centr's standards.
• Partners with the 3PL on inventory control practices, including cycle counts and row counts, to maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitors stock levels across warehouse locations and flags replenishment needs before they become stockouts.
• Oversees order fulfillment across DTC/e-commerce and/or B2B channels, ensuring orders ship accurately and on time.
• Manages the returns/RMA process, working with the 3PL to process returns efficiently and resolve discrepancies.

3PL performance management

• Tracks and reports on 3PL performance against key metrics: order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipping cost.
• Identifies trends in performance data and drives corrective action plans with the 3PL when metrics fall short of target.
• Builds and maintains performance reporting in Excel/Google Sheets to track trends over time.

Shipping & logistics

• Manages relationships with carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and/or freight providers to support cost-effective, reliable shipping.
• Evaluates and understands shipping rates, including LTL/FTL and international shipping options.
• Partners with systems/IT on ERP, Shopify, Amazon, and EDI connections supporting order and inventory flow.

Team leadership & operations

• Manages logistics/warehouse-facing employees.
• Manages daily operations to ensure consistent execution against SLAs.
• Identifies and drives process improvements across the fulfillment lifecycle.
• Partners on planning and strategy for logistics network capacity and growth needs.
