Mygrant Glass is seeking a Logistics & Distribution Analyst (Hybrid) to support our global supply chain from Batavia, OH. You'll coordinate international procurement and manage inbound/outbound transportation with suppliers, freight providers, customs partners, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes growth in international logistics, Incoterms, and freight operations, with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 0–2 years in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, or procurement.
• Internship or entry-level experience in international logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with international shipping, Incoterms, or import/export processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international procurement with global suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective product availability.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight including ocean, air, truckload, LTL, and intermodal transportation.
• Support the negotiation and administration of freight rates and carrier agreements.
• Monitor supplier production schedules, shipment status, and delivery performance for on-time execution.
• Coordinate international shipments from origin through final destination, resolving issues with customs as needed.
