Job summary

Jazwares seeks an Inbound Logistics Specialist to coordinate and monitor inbound freight across a global supply chain. You will work with drayage providers, receiving sites, and internal teams to optimize on-time, cost-effective deliveries and resolve delays.

Qualifications

7+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, including 5+ years internationally.
Proven ability to analyze complex data to drive solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional leadership.
MS Excel proficiency with detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Track inbound shipments and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery across the supply chain.
Oversee scorecard management for ocean carriers, drayage providers, brokers, and terminal operators.
Identify and resolve delays, accessorial charges, and equipment issues at freight interchanges.
Assess inbound drayage and warehouse receiving capacity for forecasting.
Reconcile records, run system checks, and manage freight cost calculations.
Provide daily status reports and maintain shipment visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and train on terminal operations.
