Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC is seeking a Logistics Analyst to help manage shipping and freight operations from our Atlanta area team. You'll analyze requirements, coordinate carriers, and support continuous improvement in transportation performance.

In this hybrid role, you will work with MercuryGate TMS and other systems, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure on-time deliveries while controlling costs. Prior logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 2–5 years of experience.
• Experience with Less-Than-Truckload and Truckload freight preferred.
• Experience with MercuryGate TMS and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess shipping requirements and assign a proper freight carrier.
• Maintain communication with internal and vendor personnel and carriers.
• Ensure transportation efficiency and on-time shipments.
• Address carrier performance issues to ensure prompt pickup and delivery.
• Transmits invoice files to A/P and resolves discrepancies.
• Develop and support strategies for vendor relationships.
• Generate monthly trends on productivity, cost, service and savings.
• Analyze data and assist with freight-related policy development.
